Camomile Toddy

Add a floral note to your Christmas hot toddy with a touch of soothing camomile tea.

  1. Brew a cup of camomile tea and set aside.
  2. Add two barspoons of honey, 45ml of rye whiskey, lemon peel, cloves, star anise and a cinnamon stick to an Irish coffee glass or mug and top with the tea.
  3. Stir until the honey dissolves.
