Happy New Year

This variant of the champagne cocktail is a great way to use up any left over Christmas Day port, and Christmas pudding brandy.

‘Left over port?’ What’s that?

  1. Add 1/4 oz of VSOP Cognac, 3/4 oz Tawny Port and 3/4 oz orange juice to a shaker.
  2. Shake with ice and strain into a champagne flute.
  3. Top with champagne and garnish with an orange slice on the rim of the glass.
